Input / Output Expander

This external accessory provides the SYRUS  GPS tracking device with extra inputs and outputs that can be used in the same way the built-in Input / Outputs are used . The expander supports DC Voltage between 8V and 32V with protection against transients. It provides four (4) ground-activated inputs with ESD (Electrostatic Surge Discharge) protection which supports up to 30V and  four (4) open drain outputs which have smart protection against short circuits or currents above 1.8A and over temperature protection up to 165 C. The Input / Output Expander  is really easy to implement through the 1-wire communication port of the Syrus GPS device.

More input alerts, multi-door monitoring, multiple relays control, sirens, LED and an incredible array of other applications are now possible with the additions of more inputs and outputs.
